A nonpartisan news and policy platform, State Affairs delivers in-depth, state-level reporting to help citizens, policymakers, and businesses make informed decisions and connect to the issues shaping their state communities. And the product-sector was ready to scale, in need of bold creative to cut through a crowded market. I helped shape the product-sector brand with fresh digital and print assets designed to elevate awareness, sharpen product visibility, and fuel sales momentum. From new product launches to cohesive brand campaigns, every piece was crafted with a focus on innovation and standout design.

(and parent brand)

BACK POCKET PRINT COLLATERAL
We've all received a skimpy corporate QR-code-half-sheeter that had a lifespan of about 6-seconds before nosediving into the trash. That's what we didn't want to design with these Reporter Takeaways. Conveniently sized to slip into a back pocket, these handouts were actually functional and contained State Affairs contact info and journalist bios — so legislators and policy professionals knew exactly who to get ahold of and how to go about it.
BIG BOOK — STATE LEGISLATIVE GUIDES
Designed a comprehensive Kansas state legislative guide for Hawver's Capitol Report, transforming complex legislative contacts and content into an print and digital accessible, polished resource. The project balanced functionality with a modern, reader-friendly design—helping legislators, lobbyists, and journalists navigate state government with ease.
