The Northeast Minneapolis Arts Association (NEMAA) is a vibrant nonprofit that supports and promotes the Northeast Minneapolis arts community. Best known for organizing Art-A-Whirl, the nation’s largest open studio tour, NEMAA connects artists, galleries, and the public — strengthening the local arts economy in the process.
